Submission

The abstracts should be submitted in pdf format and should be named as «A_Einstein.pdf», where the first letter «A» stands for the initial of the first name of the first author and «Einstein» for the family name of the first author. In case you submit several abstracts (maximum of 4 allowed), please use A_Einstein1.pdf, A_Einstein2.pdf, ...

Please send the PDF file and source files of your abstract to copiamc2019-contact@univ-lorraine.fr before the 1^st of June 25^th of June deadline.

Abstract acceptance will be confirmed by e-mail to the presenting author.

Please note that any submitted abstract, even if accepted, will not be included in the conference programme should the presenting author (or one of the co-authors) fail to register to the conference.

Invited speakers are also requested to send their abstract by the 1^st of June 25^th of June. Files should be named: «A_Einstein_speaker.pdf».

Instruction for Abstracts

The length of each abstract is strictly limited to one page.
Abstracts should be informative, carefully prepared, with new insights stressed.
Abstracts must be prepared using the templates provided below (template_COPIAMC_Latex or template_COPIAMC_Word). These templates also provide instructions on the preparation of the abstracts. When using the templates, please do not make modifications to the page layout or paragraph styles. In case of modifications of page layout and paragraph styles, you wll be asked to resubmit a revised version of your document.

Although not limited, the file size is recommended not to exceed 5 Mb.

Posters

The posters will be displayed throughout the conference.
They should not be wider than 100 cm (maximum height: 140 cm).
