Early bird

The fees are in euros, 20% VAT included .

Any supplement related to credit card card payment or bank transfer is to be taken in charge by the particpant.

Registration fees include access to the scientific program of COPIAMC, internet access, book of abstracts, welcome reception on Wednesday 31st July, three lunches (buffet), refreshments during coffee breaks and the conference dinner.

Accompanying persons: the fees correspond to the welcome reception on Wednesday 31st July, three lunches, refreshments during coffee breaks and the conference dinner.

Cancellations and Refunds:

Cancellations made prior to 15th June 2019 will receive a full refund.

Even in case of non-participation, we regret that no refunds are possible for cancellations communicated after 15th June 2019.

Payment:

The payment of registration fees may be made:
- through credit/debit cards (online)
- by bank transfer
